Jim D. Crawford, Jr.


Jim Crawford Jr. has been with the company since its inception in 1980 and has successfully advanced through the ranks. Jim Jr. carries years of experience as a laborer, grade setter, and foreman within the grading division. Jim brings to every project 40+ years of pride and experience working for his family's business. In addition, Jim is now serving as the President at Jim Crawford Construction while remaining active in the field.


Marshall Crawford

Vice President/Superintendent

Marshall Crawford has been working with Jim Crawford Construction Company Inc. since inception. Like all family members, Marshall started at the bottom and worked his way to his current position of Vice President and Foreman. He is a team player with a get it done attitude and brings that approach to every project from beginning to end. Marshall is currently the Superintendent on multiple job sites, is hands on in the field operating as foreman, and managing projects for our earth moving and paving divisions. 


Shelly Crawford


Shelly Crawford has been with Jim Crawford Construction Co. Inc. for the past 34 years. Shelly brings to her position a back ground in Personnel Management, Construction Specific Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Contracts, and General Business Management. Shelly handles the day to day running of the office at Jim Crawford Construction Co. Inc. From the largest of issues to the smallest of details, Shelly conducts her department with the same high level of spirit and professionalism you would find throughout Jim Crawford Construction Co. Inc.

Jim D. Crawford, Sr.


Jim Crawford Sr. began his construction career in 1961, working for Central Land Leveling and Gentz construction. For the next 20 years Jim climbed the ladder from heavy equipment operator to general Forman. Finally, in 1980 Jim Crawford Construction was founded and Jim laid a sturdy foundation for a prosperous future. During the last 40 years Jim, with the help and support of his family, has grown Jim Crawford Construction Company client by client.



Juan Serrano, Sr.

Juan graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1989, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology, specializing in Construction Management. He is a dedicated industrious individual who is highly organized with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, engineers and management personnel in every facet of the engineering construction industry. With Juan's broad base of experience, he not only helps our company become more efficient but helps our clients with innovative and creative ideas to boost production rates and lower project cost. 



Sarkis Nersesian

Sarkis earned his BS degree in construction management with a minor in business administration from Fresno State and brings over twenty years experience in construction estimating and project management. Sarkis has a wide range of knowledge and expertise in field surveying, layout, design build, and value engineering for site work projects. His understanding of site work, construction, and heavy civil construction make him a valuable estimator and project manager for Jim Crawford Construction Co. Inc.


Project Manager

Daniel Ruvalcaba

Daniel has nearly a decade of experience in the construction industry and is on his second term at JCCCI. He originally started at Jim Crawford Construction as an Engineer after earning his Bachelors degree from Fresno State in construction management. Then after working as a project engineer in the Valley for six years Daniel has returned to JCCCI as a Project Manager. Daniel is a vital resource and acts as liaison between the Estimating Department at JCCCI and its various developers to keep jobs on schedule and within budget.


HR Manager

Yvonne Alvarez

Yvonne started at Jim Crawford Construction in 1997 with over a decade of bookkeeping and office manager experience in the construction field. Yvonne is Jim Crawford’s Human Resources & Accounts Payable Specialist and maintains the policy, procedure, laws, and standards for all employees. With over twenty years at Jim Crawford Construction and 30+ years in the industry Yvonne’s expertise keeps the front office running efficiently. 


Billing Administrator

Staci “Bri” O'neil

Staci O'Neil, who goes by her middle name “Bri”, launched her construction career while attending high school and Fresno City College. While working her way up at JCCCI from assistant, Bri added technological insight to the culture and environment. After a decade of implementing and updating systems Bri has recently been promoted to Billing Administrator. Bri is the point of contact and works closely with developers and sub-contractors for project billing and processing.
